There’s so much conflicting information, the average shopper does not even know where to start when it comes to eating for fat loss. The second thing that works time and time again, is to target the intensity of your workouts and target working the body in total to get the best metabolic reaction to lose that mulish subcutaneous fat. In order to actually get lean, the workouts should have a high power, with short rest periods, working the biggest muscles of the body, rather than attempting to isolate express little muscles like the biceps, triceps, or calves. I provide plenty of great abs exercises in my book, but one of THE highest resistance exercises for the abs, is hanging leg raises ( but NOT the way you see most of the people at the gymnasium doing them ). The key to doing these and essentially working the hell out of your abs is to curve your pelvis up as you raise your legs. Virtually nobody ever does this right.

Remember, having a plain 6 pack of abs is all about getting down to a low subcutaneous fat %.

That just does not occur when you focus too much time coaching a small muscle grouping like the abs. If you would like great looking abs, target those rather than targeting so much on coaching the abs directly! GD : When it comes to diet Mike, folks actually have attempted millions of methods to get one thing…and that is fat loss. What suggestions have you used to successfully help your customers lose fat and keep it off? Why eat highly processed, refined, and hydrogenated vegetable oils ( these are THE worst thing in the modern diet ), when you can eat natural sources of healthy fats like nuts, avocados, fish, eggs, coconut milk, morganically grown beef, and so forth.
